REFUND POLICY
At the moment, we only issue refunds in the case that the product you receive is broken during shipping. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, contact us with your name, order information, and a photo(s) of the damaged product!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At the moment, we currently do not ship internationally. If you wish to order a physical piece of music, order here via Bandcamp. Please note: shipping rates are extremely high and do not come with a tracking number.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Any items that are listed as pre-order items will ship on their release date. If you order any items that are ready to ship with a pre-order item, you will not receive the items until the pre-order item is available.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
